Absolutely! You have endless possibilities to explore with us. We just want to make sure we’re able to give each design task the attention it deserves.
We prioritize speedy and high-quality design work, aiming to deliver initial revisions within 48 hours, with the understanding that exceptions may be necessary based on any specific requirements listed.
We require a minimum commitment of 2 months for design projects, but you are free to cancel at any time after that. This period is important for us to properly onboard you into our process and demonstrate the full extent of our capabilities.
All requests will be handled through our internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) built to optimise the process
We do not offer refunds, however, after the 2nd month you will be able to cancel at anytime.
We don’t require any contracts for design work, but we do ask for a commitment of at least two months, and thereafter our services operate on a monthly rolling basis, with the flexibility to pause or cancel as required.
Don’t worry if we don’t get everything right from your initial instructions. We’ll work closely with you and learn from the first few tasks we complete together, so that we can serve you better and provide exactly what you need.
